Papago Square Hoa Board Meeting  Wednesday January 24, 2018 - 7:30 p.m. Community pool area

SRP construction project will be starting tomorrow, November 9th.  They will be working Monday through Friday beginning at 7:00 a.m.   There will be metal plates placed over trenches at the end of each day, for the duration of the job. Embassy entrance will be closed at some point in the job, while the crew shoots the conduit line across to College. Security Alert for Papago Square On Saturday 6/03/17 a car was entered into looking for opportunities of value. We Can prevent summer theft; we can do that by: 1)  Closing garage doors when not in use, never open past 7:00 p.m. 2)  If you see a garage open, let that resident know so they can close. 3)  "Lock" your car and keep keys safely away. If a Key is near the vehicle, a prowler does not actually need your key to open or steal. Never tempt faith - do not leave items in a vehicle. 4)  Post mail outside of the complex;  opportunist steal when the flag is up!!  (they are looking for checks to wash and bank account numbers; play it safe! "Security First, Peace of Mind will Follow"   Please do all you can to be secure.  For you safety & Peace of Mind, Papago Square B.O.D  

Please be aware the Board is taking necessary actions to eliminate the pigeon population within the community. The pool area has been recently remodeled to eliminate roosting positions for the pigeons under the canopies. Please refrain from feeding or watering the birds.  For continued updates, please check back on the community's website.

This coming Wednesday, March 22nd, 2017, we will be having our regular board meeting at 7:00 PM. The meeting will be held at the pool area.
