Papago Square Homeowners -- 2021 Painting Project Guidelines This document has the main guidelines and will allow you all to get started with this information.  The attached document is finalized and ready for work to begin.    

Please join us tonight for the 2021 Annual Meeting.  The Meeting starts at 7:00pm and will be in person at the Pool Area.  Attached to this notice please see the community meeting packet and another Ballot in case you did not receive the first one.  Remember - only one vote per Unit.  See you at the Meeting.    

Butler Tempe/ Papago Square Homeowners,   Attached you will find the Annual Election Ballot for the Butler Tempe/ Papago Square Community HOA.  We received two (2) forms for nominations, and those are also both attached so everyone can read the little introduction provided by those two (2) individuals.   There are two (2) open seats on the Board of Directors for Butler Tempe Homeowners Association. Vote results will be presented at the Annual Meeting of owners on Wednesday, October 20th, at 7:00 PM in the pool area.  Owners should submit their ballot by email to chris@heywoodmanagement.com by 5:00 PM October 20th or at the meeting that night at 7:00pm to be counted.  Owners have (1) vote per unit owned.   Regards, Heywood Community Management 

Attached are the 3 options from the Color Committee for the community paint project.  You can see these up on the wall of one house at 2100 N. Squire Ave. (the side wall facing East Ambassador Dr.).

Dear Papago Square Homeowner: The 2021 Annual Meeting will take place Wednesday, October 20th, 2021 at 7:00 PM in the pool area. The board is now accepting Nomination Forms from those interested in running for the board. To serve on the Board of Directors you must be a homeowner of record and only one individual from a household can serve at a given time. Send any nomination requests to Chris Knudsen at chris@heywoodmanagement.com or mailed to the address above. Submissions must be received by 5:00 PM October 8th, 2021 to be considered for the ballot.
