The monthly HOA Meeting will be held on Wednesday September 28, 2022, at 7:00pm in the pool area.  We will see you there.

Papago Square Homeowners, There is a Plumbing Project that will take place this Friday (August 26, 2022) starting at 9:00am.  Below is a list of the homes that will be affected by this water shut down.  The repair that is needed should not take much time.  The plumber will work as quickly and efficiently as possible and we will do our very best to update everyone as we go.  Thank you for your patience and understanding. Hello and happy Spring Papago Square community, Reminder that painting needs to be completed by April 30th, 2022.   The Architectural committee will be doing another community walk about this month to update current progress.  Attached for your reference are the community painting guidelines, the Architectural modification request form and the AC painter vetted contact list.If you have any questions regarding painting, please reach out to Chris at Heywood Management.   Thank you for helping us keep Papago Square a beautiful place to live! Papago Square Homeowners, The HOA Board would like to put together a Landscaping Committee.  This committee will be tasked with spending time, as a committee, to research and put together the needed information for a Landscaping Project.  The goal is to take advantage of a City of Tempe Grant program that will aid the community in transitioning several areas of the community into zeroscape areas and to help in replacing some of the older trees that are approaching the end of their lifecycles.   If you are interested in joining this committee, please send an email to Chris@heywoodmanagement.com

Papago Square Approved Mailbox Option: The Papago Square Homeowners Association Board has approved the attached option to the current standard mailbox. The approved mailbox is U.S. Mail certified and is locking to help secure contents. Please see attached for specifications.

Wednesday, March 23rd at 7:00pm is the next HOA Board Meeting.  The meeting will be held in person, in the pool area.  All homeowners are invited.
