The 2020 Annual Meeting of owners will be held on October 21st, 2020 at 7:00 PM at the pool area. This communication will serve as formal notice of the meeting.
The purpose of the Annual Meeting is to elect members to the Board of Directors, review the financial standing of the association, and allow for Homeowner comments. Please find an enclosed absentee ballot and summary of the members interested in running for the board.
You can submit your ballot via e-mail to lance@heywoodmanagement.com. Ballots must be received by October 20th by 5:00 PM if unable to attend the meeting in person. Ballots may be delivered before the meeting begins on October 21st at 7:00 PM in person. Due to Covid 19 masks will be required during the meeting. Submitted ballots will also serve as verification of quorum. We appreciate your anticipated cooperation with this matter.
